DICK TAYLOR CHOCOLATE
Deeply rooted in a background of woodworking and boat building, Dick Taylor Chocolate has always loved working with their hands. The concept of craft has been a guiding principle in their lives. They became fascinated with a new challenge and loved the idea of reinventing the chocolate experience. In 2010 they bought some small-scale equipment and began making chocolate from the bean, using organic cacao and organic cane sugar.

Black Fig: California dried black mission figs to add a rich flavor and chewy texture to our fruity 72% Madagascar dark chocolate. This award-winning bar is sure to please everyone! Origin: Single-Estate Akesson Plantation. Each bar is 2 oz/57g.
Brown Butter: Browned butter from local Rumiano Organic Farm, is blended to perfection with our 73% Northerner Blend dark chocolate. Each bar is finished by hand with roasted cacao nibs and sea salt to create the dreamiest of textures, both creamy and crunchy. Perfect on its own or paired with your favorite wine. Fleur De Sel: We pair Guatemalan sea salt with our 73% Northerner Blend dark chocolate to create our Fleur de Sel bar. The sea salt is hand-harvested by Bitterman Salt Co. and lends a subtle and delicate flavor to our balanced blend of Madagascan and Brazilian cacao. Hazelnut Milk Chocolate: Delicately roasted Oregon hazelnuts have been paired with our exceptional milk chocolate made from earthy Brazilian cacao and old-fashioned, A2/A2 whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm. This dreamy milk chocolate features minimal ingredients with 55% cacao content. Origin: Brazil, Fazenda Camboa Each bar is 2 oz/57g.
